There are a few things that I look for when I go to a web site for the first time.  If these things are missing, or, are hard to find, I won’t visit the site again.  It has absolutely nothing to do with the company or organization.  If the website becomes painful to read, interpret or navigate, I really prefer to not return and will look for my information elsewhere.
