If you were to open, say, ten websites at random you’d see ten different layout patterns and probably three times that many font sizes and styles.

Perhaps the most uncomplicated way to make any page easier to read is by using your keyboard.  If you press Ctrl and the + (plus) and - (minus) keys, the size of text and usually images on the page will increase and decrease. If you are browsing by mouse, press Ctrl and spin the scroll wheel back and forth to change the size of a web page's elements. There are also zoom-in and zoom-out options on the View menu in Firefox, IE, and Opera, and on Chrome's Tools menu.

If you want to view a page in full screen mode, simply press F11 or select ‘Full Screen’ from the ‘View’ menu, within your browser. Press F11 again to return to the normal view. In Chrome, select the Tools icon in the top-right corner to choose the Full Screen mode.
